Our risk management services are based upon both industry best practices, accepted standards and federal and state law.  The advice tendered is an our valued opinion based upon our industry experience and should be treated as such.  We have seen positive results when performing the practices that have been performed, the appropriate manner.  However we accept no responsibility should companies or personnel not follow these accepted best practice standards or are untimely with the implementation of these processes and recommendations.  We work in tandem with legal counsel in some cases to ensure appropriate solutions are applied.  We strongly advise that legal counsel be sought in scenarios where extreme regulatory issues be prevalent.
